In June 2007 Yishu participated in three most important international art events: Documenta 12, 52nd Venice Biennale and Art Basel 38.

In Kassel, Yishu is selected as part of Documenta 12's magazine project.

In Venice, Yishu and ARTCO hosted a discussion “Contemporary Art in Greater China: Under Pressure” on June 9th.


Yishu is also invited by Art Basel 38 to display in a single booth for the first time. Yishu has published a special supplement— 2007 Chinese Art Gallery Guide —for this occasion.
